Can you clean all types of windows?
Absolutely! We would be delighted to clean any type of window, including sash windows, patio doors, French doors, large sliding windows, skylights, Velux windows, single and double-hung windows, bay windows, casement windows, awning windows, and more.
Can you reach windows at any height?
Absolutely! With our various pole lengths, we have the capability to reach and clean windows at any height. Our extensive range allows us to easily reach up to the fourth floor of a building, approximately 40 feet in length.
What if it’s raining by the time the service is scheduled?
Rainy weather does not prevent us from cleaning your windows and does not affect the guaranteed quality of the results, as rain is pure water. The real cause of dirty windows are external particles that stick to the glass, environmental pollution, as well as built-up grime and dust.
Why are my windows left wet?
If you use regular tap water to clean your windows and let it dry naturally, you may notice white streaks on the glass. This happens due to impurities present in the tap water. To avoid streaks, we use Water Fed Pole systems that work with pure water to ensure a spotless finish on your windows. With our system, your windows will dry completely clean without any streaks.
Can you also clean the interior windows?
We would be happy to clean the inside of your windows if you would like. For this, we will use traditional methods and high-quality tools that are specifically designed for the task at hand. Our cleaning technique is both effective and gentle, ensuring that there is no dripping or damage to your delicate flooring. Additionally, we will take extra precautions by wearing protective clothing and shoe covers while inside your home to ensure that everything is done with the utmost care.
How often do you recommend getting my windows done?
The decision is yours, but we suggest scheduling a routine maintenance every 8 weeks. This will ensure that your windows remain good looking and properly taken care of all year round.
